At Squidralphroxxen, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your custom gift wrapping. Due to the personalized nature of our services, our return policy differs from standard retail policies.

Nature of Custom Services

Please note that our gift wrapping and custom box design services produce unique, made-to-order products. Because each order is crafted specifically according to your specifications, standard returns are not typically available once work has begun.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with defects or does not match the agreed-upon design specifications, we will:

  • Re-wrap or recreate the item at no additional cost
  • Provide a partial or full refund depending on circumstances
  • Offer store credit for future services

Reporting Issues

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number or confirmation details
  • Clear photographs showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

Cancellation Policy

Before Production Begins

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if we have not yet begun work on your project. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

During Production

Once production has begun, cancellations may be subject to a fee covering materials already used. The fee will be determined based on the stage of completion.

Completed Orders

Completed orders that meet the agreed specifications cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a quality issue.

Design Changes

Minor design changes may be accommodated before production begins at no extra charge. Significant changes after approval may incur additional fees or require a new order.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Document the damage with photographs before unwrapping
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either re-create your order or provide a refund.

Items Not Covered for Return

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Orders completed according to provided specifications
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to customer handling
  • Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after design approval
  • Color variations due to screen display differences

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Store Credit Option

As an alternative to refunds, we offer store credit that can be applied to future orders. Store credit does not expire and can be used for any service we offer.
